1. Verified Savings Recovery

For completed-audit clients who want help turning approved recommendations into measurable cost reductions. The fee is 15% of verified first-year savings, invoiced only after the savings amount is established under the written scope.

Compare the verified post-action cost against the written baseline. The success fee applies only to the mutually verified amount.

Example only: if mutually verified first-year savings are $20,000, a 15% success fee would be $3,000. The customer retains $17,000 of that verified savings. This is an illustration, not a promise of savings.
