AI Automation ROI Planner is designed to work without an account and without collecting the business assumptions you enter into the calculator.

Data processed by the app

Workflow names, cost assumptions, usage assumptions, calculated results, and saved scenarios are processed in your browser or installed PWA. Saved scenarios use your device's local storage. They are not transmitted to Stratum Praxis by the app.

Analytics and diagnostics

This version of the app does not include third-party behavioral analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or crash-reporting SDKs. Microsoft Store and the platform used to distribute or host the app may provide aggregated acquisition or technical information under their own terms.

External links and purchases

The app may open external websites, including Stratum Praxis and Payhip, when you request additional products or support. Once you leave the app, the privacy practices of that external service apply. Purchase and payment information is handled by the external commerce provider and is not collected by this app.

Permissions

The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, files, email, or other sensitive device capabilities. CSV export is initiated by you through the browser's standard download mechanism.

Retention and deletion

Saved scenarios remain only in local storage on the device until you clear the app history, clear site/app data, or uninstall the app. Use “Clear history” in the app to remove saved scenarios.

Children

The app is a business decision-support utility and is not directed to children.
